okay, that was unexpected. my video exporter just... did not like this footage at all. I managed to get something out using Premiere's native export thing though, at least. I don't know if it's this specific footage that it doesn't like or if all of citra's footage will have to go through this alternate work flow but this isn't the first time that kind of thing happens. this popped out at the size I was playing though, no further upscaling, so let's see how many p's youtube gives this -- edit: lol, it's stuck at 480p.
