so the first like minute ended up being all corrupted and I have no idea why! luckily the rest of the footage is fine. I was just doing some weird video start rambling so I edited like all of it out except for a second or two. So if the first few seconds look weird, it's... well it's not 'normal' but it is 'expected'. first time that happened in a long while. note: if you get sound desync, stop the video and go forward like one second. a weird by-product of the corruption I'm assuming, with a weird fix that doesn't make sense ?! -edit- this doesn't work after all, *however* sounds are resynched after the first edit.
