0:21 Castle of the Ocean 3:59 And Then There Were None I think I know how they made today's main feature and if that's how it goes it's honestly really clever So like one of the oldest custom sprite in smw is this invisible sprite that is used for bosses and stuff. it's just hanging around, and when it detects that the 'boss' is defeated, it'll do some kind of trigger, like winning the level or making a door appear. We've seen this in hacks at least as old as smi2, I wouldn't be surprised if demo world didn't use this in some way. Anyway, the thing with that sprite is that you have to make sure your screen can't scroll. Why? Because exactly *this* happens. Really neat. Though I feel like I misunderstood some part or another.
