I'm not sure how I feel about this mechanic where you constantly have to spend this 'weight' ressources to get things going. I guess it might meant to be a sort of low-key money pit to keep you engaged in exploring? maybe? also: I have accepted before this series even started that some days, what we consider 'forward progress' can be extremely minimal.
