Warning!: So apparently the Storm the Storm Guy Storm level was, actually, all borked up when it was submitted, but apparently something happened when it was transfered to the game. So in this case, the level maker is not to blame, and its placement is justified. The compilor honestly has no idea what causes it to do this, and I barely know anything so it's not like I'd be any good on thisproblem! I guess it was unavoidable, and I do appologise, but the way it is presented in the game DOES make it sound like it was just a really crashy level.
